1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing support@venusgardendecor.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:

• The item is damaged or broken during transit, and
• You provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening the package.

Without a valid unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Items
All products are handmade, and minor variations in color, texture, or size are part of their unique charm. Such variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
No refund or return will be accepted for reasons other than damage verified through an unboxing video.

4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
